Our Beer
Original American & Belgian Ales using locally-grown ingredients
Citra! Citra! Citra!
New England IPA that is triple dry hopped with Citra and a touch of Mosaic hops. This beer showcases what made Citra hops and New England IPAs famous.
Dirty Girl
Named in celebration of the amazing women in agriculture who make local beer possible, Dirty Girl IPA is a West Coast influenced IPA that features Chinook, Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe hop varieties lending big citrus and bitter pine characteristics to the medium malt backbone’s subtle sweetness. This is our flagship IPA that we have been brewing since we opened in 2014.
Galactic Insanity IPA
Hazy New England IPA that is brewed with white wheat malt and hopped intensely with Azacca, El Dorado, Vic Secret, and Citra hop varieties. This is our most popular juicy New England IPA that we have been brewing for the last 5 years.
Hoppy Valley
Seasonal Release-Not Currently Available
100% locally sourced IPA hopped with freshly harvested Cascade whole cone wet hops from Four Star Farms in Northfield and brewed 100% local pale ale and wheat malts from Valley Malt in Holyoke, MA. This beer is extremely unique in that it is only made one time a year during the fresh hop harvest window in late August. Hop cones are picked and are used in the beer within 24 hours of harvest resulting in hop flavors not attainable by any other method. We are so lucky to have a professional and local hop farm close to the brewery.
Kaleidoscope
New England double IPA brewed using four different hop compositions from four hop varieties that pushes the maximum hop flavor threshold. Double dry hopped with Galaxy and Citra hops.
Running the Table
Light body and lower ABV session IPA that is full of hop flavor and aroma by showcasing Pacific Northwest hop varieties Mosaic and Amarillo along with Southern Hemisphere hop varieties Motueka and Waimea.
Shake
Seasonal Release-Not Currently Available
Variations of this beer are made throughout the summer with Strawberry coming in early summer and Peach coming in late summer. We condition the beer on real fruit puree and whole Madagascar vanilla beans to the tune of 1 pound of puree per gallon of beer and almost 1 gram of pure vanilla per gallon of beer. We used to add lactose to the beer, but we no longer do, so it is lactose free.
Strata Blast
A newer addition to our rotation of New England IPAs, this beer showcases so much Strata hops with a small addition of Cashmere hops for a tropical and fruity balance. It is brewed with an abundance of oat malt and wheat malt for a hazy yet soft mouthfeel.
The Other End
Named after its predecessor, The End IPA which clocked in at 9.8% ABV and was only brewed once in 2014, this scaled down hazy version is double dry hopped with so much Citra and Mosaic hops that it oozes citrus and dankness.
