Pale-Golden colored Belgian Style Farmhouse Saison brewed with 100% locally malted Valley Malt pale ale, rye, and wheat malts and hopped Czech Saaz and Styrian Goldings hops. Expressive Saison yeast brings this beer to life.
Brewed every year in early winter, Odin is our most complex Belgian Style Ale we make. Small changes are made to the recipe each year so no two vintages are exactly the same. Brewed with 6 specialty malts and dark Belgian candi sugar, this ale harmoniously blends rich maltiness, dark fruit aromas, and subtle spiciness into a delicate mahogany colored Abbey inspired Ale. Fun fact: Our owner and head brewer first made this beer in his garage in 2010. It was the beer that started him down the path to opening Abandoned Building Brewery.
