Hoppy Valley Wet Hopped IPA
Hoppy Valley Wet Hopped IPA is made once a year around hop harvest time in New England. 100% of the ingredients are sourced within 150 miles of the brewery. Valley Malt provides the malted barley and wheat and Four Star Farms supplies fresh wet Cascade and Nugget hops. A true representation of Western Massachusetts local beer.

Hydra Pale Ale, No. 4- Rotating Hop Pale Ale
5.5 % ABV – 40 IBU
Hydra Pale Ale is an experimentation in hop varieties and combinations. We brew the beer with a different hop combination each time. Hydra No. 4 uses Columbus and Citra hops. Available year round and in 16oz cans.
Dirty Girl IPA
6.7% ABV – 60 IBU
An American IPA made with 5 hop varieties that impart big citrus and pine characteristics to the aroma and flavor. A medium malt backbone and subtle malty sweetness provide balance for the hop bitterness which is neither harsh nor astringent. Dirty Girl IPA is named to celebrate the awesome ladies in agriculture that make beer possible. Available year round on draft and in 16oz 4-packs.
The Other End Imperial IPA
8.4% ABV – 70 IBU
A double dry hopped Imperial IPA that is hazy and exudes fruity and citrusy hop aroma and flavor. Available year round on draft and in 16 oz 4-packs.
6.8% ABV – 45 IBU
This American Stout is made with 7 different malts including wheat malted in the Pioneer Valley by Valley Malt. The dark malts add hints of chocolate and roasted coffee that are well balanced. Available year round on draft.
Belladonna Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
12% ABV – 50 IBU
Aged for 9 months in freshly emptied Four-Roses Bourbon Barrels. This Imperial Stout has a big, rich, and full bodied flavors including Vanilla & Bourbon from the aging process. Available in 22 oz bottles.
5.0 % ABV – 20 IBU
A golden coloured Belgian Farmhouse Ale made with 10% locally malted wheat, and liberally hopped with classic European hops. The hazy complexion and spicy nose accompany the fruity and earthy flavor profile of this delicate ale. Available year-round on draft and in 16oz cans.

Blue Barn Saison
7.0 % ABV – 25 IBU
A modern take on a Belgian classic. This beer features European pilsner malt, locally malted wheat, and oats, and is liberally hopped with Czech Saaz and Styrian Golding hops. Available only during July and August on draft and in 16oz cans.
