Belladonna

Belladonna - Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - 11% - Limited Availability in Winter

Brewed in the early part of the year and then aged for many months in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, Belladonna is one of our favorite barrel aged beers to make. Different bourbon barrels are used to age the beer each year so the vintages have nuanced flavor profiles each year. Expect a rich and pitch black beer with layers of caramel, dark chocolate, vanilla, oak, and bourbon.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Odin Quadrupel

In January of 2020 we set to rest some of our 2019 vintage Odin Quad into freshly emptied Wild Turkey bourbon barrels. Now the time is right to bring this luscious, one of a kind, barrel aged beer to everyone. Belgian Style Abbey Quad is a rare beer for craft brewers to make in a world full of IPA, and bourbon barrel aged Quad is almost non-existent. This is one of our best barrel aged releases ever.

Hoppy Valley

Seasonal Release-Not Currently Available

100% locally sourced IPA hopped with freshly harvested Cascade whole cone wet hops from Four Star Farms in Northfield and brewed 100% local pale ale and wheat malts from Valley Malt in Holyoke, MA. This beer is extremely unique in that it is only made one time a year during the fresh hop harvest window in late August. Hop cones are picked and are used in the beer within 24 hours of harvest resulting in hop flavors not attainable by any other method. We are so lucky to have a professional and local hop farm close to the brewery.
